Shirock Teams up with Hollister Co. for a Giveaway

Nashville rock band SHIROCK has teamed up with Hollister Co. to launch the promotional contest, "Win a Hollister Co. Valentine's Day Shopping Spree from Shirock," which gives SHIROCK fans and Hollister fans the chance to win $50, $100, and $250 gift certificates to Hollister stores plus SHIROCK t-shirts, CDs, and other prizes. The contest launches on January 26th and runs through Valentine's Day, February 14th.

The contest is being run on Facebook and Twitter, and winners will be selected via these outlets. To participate, contestants first friend the band SHIROCK on their Facebook page, and sign up to follow the band on . On February 14th the band will randomly send out three "Contest Alert!" tweets from their Twitter account directing contestants to find the winning phrase on their Facebook page. The first contestant to visit the band's Facebook page, locate the winning answer to the Tweeted contest question, and then tweet it back to the band wins.

SHIROCK is a five-piece pop-rock band from Nashville, TN whose debut album Everything Burns is available on iTunes and in Hollister stores nationwide, giving the band the distinction of being the only indie band to ever grace the shelves. Produced by Jay Ruston (The Donnas, Cold War Kids), Everything Burns features anthem-driven rock songs with passionate lyrics that convey positive messages of hope. SHIROCK has been featured in the New York Post, CosmoGirl and on Fearless Music TV and their music has appeared on ABC's "Brothers & Sisters," MTV's "The Hills" and NBC's "ER."
