I'm all about being organized, and this clutch is the answer to my organizational prayers. How cute is this Addiction NV Stay Connected Clutch? It's a black, woven zip case, featuring a matte silver wrist chain, a built-in cell phone holder, a credit card and ID compartment, a mirror and all 3 brand new True Commitment Dual Lip Stain and Glosses. I love the pink bow detail on the silver wrist chain!


The True Commitment lip glosses come in the following colors:

• Rendezvous - Matte red/pink shimmer gloss
• Summer Lovin' - Matte orange/gold shimmer gloss
• Spring Fling - Bronze shimmer/clear shimmer gloss

These glosses are long lasting - kiss proof, food proof and drink proof, tested by me. I got to try out Spring Fling which is a perfect color when you have a little sun kissed skin in the Summer. The bronze lip stain goes on shiny but finishes matte, personally, I like it with the gloss over top. The gloss looks great by itself too.  I put this on before work (around 7:30am) and it stayed on through lunch. Amazing!

Valentine's Day Prep - Part 1

Whether you're going out with your main squeeze or having a ladies night out this Valentine's Day, you have to prep! Some of you may even be celebrating early this weekend. Here are some helpful products, tips and tricks for getting all prettied-up for February 14th :)

I remember my grandma use to make me brush my teeth with baking soda when I spent the night at her house. I always thought it was odd, and tasted a little funny, but never questioned it, because I always knew that grandma knew best!

Baking soda can act as a gentle exfoliate for your teeth. A sprinkle of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda on top of your toothpaste on your toothbrush, can help to lift stains from teeth, leaving them sparkly white. I always like to use it at night after I've had a glass (or two!) of red wine.

Jason Wu Madness

Hi all - Did you wake up early for Jason Wu at Target? I was an hour late to my Target, but still scored a dress and top (to the left). For those of you who haven't shopped yet, the sizes run fairly big. I normally wear a Small in a Target dress size, and the XS for Jason Wu fit me to a tee.

Who's excited??? I can't wait to check out this line tomorrow morning. I'm going as soon as my local Target opens. I hope I can score some cute dresses for work. You can preview the Jason Wu line on Target's site. 


I'm not a huge fan of Target for home goods and beauty stuff. I had a bad experience there when it came to registering for my bridal shower, but these partnerships with high fashion designers are making me rethink loyalty to them. It's genius really. It's fun saying you own a dress or clutch from a lux designer you couldn't normally afford. Same with H&M when they did the Jimmy Cho line. I hope there are more designer partnerships to come!
