The first day of fall is September 22nd, but already the temperature is changing and so are the wardrobes! Here are the top 5 beauty trends I've spotted for Fall:
1) Pop of color is still in, so why not let that pop come from your lipstick. Bright matte colors are in, and look best paired with pearly whites. 4) Strong brows. Fill them in if they are thin with a brow filler, and make sure not to over tweeze. Filling brows in is really easy, just make sure to get a color that is a shade lighter than your brows if you're using a soft pencil, and shade that matches your brows if you're using a powder.
5) Everything is rosy! Rosy cheeks are in. Which I love. So sweet and girly girl.

It’s summer time in Michigan! Well, almost. It’s getting really nice out and it’s making me think of all the things I want to do and prepare for before summer is in full swing. Here’s my to-do list:
1) I’ve kicked my workout routines up a notch and I’m preparing for my first kettlebell competition mid-May. I’ve also created a new recipe binder full of clean-eating recipes to help me feel healthier going into summer.
2) In the beauty department, I’ve been bronzing like I was in the tropics, using self tanner, that is. I stay far away from tanning salons. I opt for self tanner 2-3 a week to keep up a natural glow.
3) You know what looks nice with a bronzed glow? Pearly white teeth! I drink so much coffee and the occasional red wine that I’m afraid that I haven’t been treating my teeth good this winter.
