Madonna is launching a fragrance

Madonna is launching a fragrance with Coty Prestige in April 2012. It's called Truth or Dare by Madonna.

It will be a unique blend of narcotic florals, balanced with addictive woods and vanilla. Can't wait to check it out!

DVF DIANE Fragrance

To help launch the new DVF fragrance, women wearing the classic wrap handed out DIANE scented ribbons in SoHo, Union Square, Times Square and the Meatpacking District. Then, the Wrap Rally participants converged on the flagship Bloomingdale’s location just prior to the event and created a wrap flash mob, which generated excitement about the momentous occasion. As they chanted, “DVF! DVF! Be the woman you want to be!” DVF herself joined in and everyone went wild.

DIANE is now available at Bloomingdales. I haven't tried it out yet...anyone get a sniff yet?

Vera Wang Preppy Princess

What do you think of when you hear the word 'preppy?' Popped collars? Frat boys? Polo shirts? Once you smell Vera Wang Preppy Princess fragrance, you will think of something else - flirty girls who are stylish and like to have fun!

Vera Wang Preppy Princess comes up in a fun pink bottle with a blue and white plaid design. The top has a crown and ring top, similar to Vera Wang Princess. The fragrance features impressions of tangerine, red apple and succulent crushed berries. The eclectic blend of honeysuckle and jasmine matches the scent's classic meets edgy style, while the scent of sensual woods and an unexpected kiss of coconut water make you feel like you are popular, invited to the inner circle.

The dominate smell of berries is why I like it so much. It's not musky at all, and it reminds me of a scent I wore in high school, fruity and light.

Zoe Kravitz holds court in the ad campaign and schools fans on what it truly means when downtown meets uptown and fashion-forward, confidence rules.

Shape of Beauty Awards

More than 3,000 readers, SHAPE editors, and beauty experts across the country named these good-for-you skin, makeup, and hair products the top picks of 2010.

Here are a few picks from a handful of the categories:

Facial Cleansers
• Kinerase PhotoFacials Daily Exfoliating Cleanser ($40; sephora.com)
Improvements in skin texture come from a mix of antioxidant-rich superfoods—including kiwi, pineapple, and pomegranate—in combination with jojoba and silica beads.

Anti-Aging
• Olay Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller ($23; at drugstores)
The three rollers massage away swelling and “deliver a potent dose of anti-agers like pentapeptides, which build collagen.

Body Firming
• Bliss FatGirlScrub ($38; blissworld.com)
No scrub will wash away your cellulite, but this one leaves skin “smoother and tighter.” Red algae reduces water retention, Himalayan salt exfoliates, and peppermint extract makes it feel cool and refreshing in the shower.

Lip color
• MAC Cremesheen Glass Lip Gloss ($18; maccosmetics.com)
This gloss is “shiny but somehow not sticky,” said a tester. (The secret is in the formula, a mix of soybean oil and aloe.)

Foundation
• Revlon PhotoReady Makeup SPF 20 ($14; at drugstores)
Photographers know that flattering lighting makes models look gorgeous. This new foundation uses similar logic; it has light-reflecting pigments that create the optical illusion of better skin. It covers pores, redness, and scars, all without caking.

Shampoo and Conditioner
• Aveda Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair ($24; aveda.com)
Rich in repairing proteins and hydrating essential oils, this leave-in treatment helps negate any damage from hot tools or UV rays.

Mood-Boosting Fragrance
• Kim Kardashian Eau de Parfum ($35 for 1 oz.; sephora.com)
You’d expect a bold, sultry blend from reality TV star and SHAPE cover model Kim Kardashian, and her new fragrance does not disappoint.
It’s a heady mix of florals—like jasmine, tuberose, and gardenia—anchored by earthy jacaranda wood.

Nails
• Best color Essie Nail Polish in Angora Cardi ($8; essie.com)
This deep, dusty rose was the testers’ fave: It felt trendy, but not too ‘out there’ to wear to work.
